Carinthian summer in winter: Kolo Slavuj

On gloomy days, like in November, it's always nice to look at pictures from summer :-). When I look at our photos from the dance evening at the Carinthian Summer Festival 2024 with Kolo Slavuj, Dabke Dilan and the choir MEPZ Podjuna Pliberk When I look at it, I immediately get in a good mood!

Probably because they so reliably brighten faces and instantly warm hearts with their music, I absolutely wanted to attend an Advent concert with them this year. Kolo Slavuj to Villach. I have known and loved this Burgenland-Croatian folklore ensemble and its choir for many years.

Their Advent carols have a long tradition. The melodies, sometimes wistful, sometimes exuberant, are full of life and tell of the hope without which we cannot exist.

On December 1st, for the first time: Carinthian Summer winter Now that's something! I hope you'll join us for our Advent concert on December 1.12st at 11:30 am in St. Jakob Parish Church in Villach, right in the heart of the Villach Advent season. No need to reserve tickets in advance; seating is unreserved and it's "pay as you wish"!
