When you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

 

Data storage – Webshop

 

Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator, JetTicket, stores the IP data of the internet connection owner, as well as the buyer's name, address and credit card number, using cookies.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birthThe data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Your data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company we have commissioned for the delivery of the goods and the festival program, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

If the purchase process is cancelled, the data stored by us relating to the purchase will be deleted; the address will be retained through registration. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes.

The data Name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase Data will be stored beyond this period until the product liability period expires. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. We use MailChimp for this. If you would like to receive our newsletter, we need your email address and your confirmation that you agree to receive it. The confirmation will be sent to you by email.

In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information about areas of interest, date of birth and other details.

As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" directly in the newsletter. We will then immediately delete your data related to the newsletter distribution.

 

Your rights

 

In principle, you have the right to information, amendment, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and contradiction. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or that your data protection claims have been violated somehow, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

This website uses functions of the analysis software Matomo. The provider is InnoCraft Ltd., 7 Waterloo Quay P0625, 6140 Wellington, New Zealand. Matomo uses target-oriented cookies.
