Kurdophone, Nava Ebrahimi
Franziska Fleischanderl, Nadja Kayali

Nava Ebrahimi, born in Tehran in 1978, is one of the most important voices in German-language literature. The author lives in Graz. She received the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize in 2021. The musician and researcher Franziska Fleischanderl is reviving the sounds of the salterios, a Baroque box zither. She is the first musician worldwide to play the ancient instrument using all its historical playing techniques, thus unlocking its immense sonic richness once again.
