Participation Opportunities

• On survey and prize draw flyers for the Carinthian Summer Festival from July 14th to August 29th, 2021, which will be available on-site for guests at every seat on event days.
• In all evening program booklets for the respective event, which can be purchased on site on the day of the event.
• An email will be sent out one day after the event to all visitors with a registered email address.
• Twice via newsletter distribution to all newsletter subscribers of the Carinthian Summer Festival
• On the website of the Carinthian Summer Festival
• The application is submitted via all social media channels of the Carinthian Summer Festival.

Eligibility

• All natural persons who are of legal age and are neither employees of the Carinthian Summer Festival nor relatives of employees of the Carinthian Summer Festival are eligible to participate in the competition.
• Persons who have not yet reached the age of 18 (minors) require the consent of their legal representatives to participate.
• By participating in the competition, participants are neither obligated to purchase a product nor will they incur any costs.
• Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods and services.
• The data of the participants will not be archived by the Carinthian Summer Festival.
• After the competition has ended and the prizes have been awarded, the collected personal data will be deleted, unless there is an obligation to temporarily store the data due to legal regulations.
• Participants are free to withdraw their consent to the storage of their data at any time and thus withdraw from participation in the competition.

Prices

1. Prize: 2 x 2 winners will receive a cultural dinner with our artistic director Holger Bleck on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 19 pm in Lagana Villach, as well as 2 x €50 vouchers for the 2022 festival summer.
2. Prize: 2 x €25 vouchers for the 2022 festival summer plus 2 x 1 voucher for an ÖBB Vorteilscard Classic.
3. Price: 1 x €15 voucher plus 1 x voucher for an ÖBB Vorteilscard Classic.

Winner selection and acceptance

• The winners will be drawn by the Carinthian Summer Festival and then notified by email – notification of the winners will take place up to 7 days after the closing date for entries.
• The winners expressly consent to the publication of their names in the event of winning. If the contact details provided by the respective participants are incorrect (email addresses), Carinthian Summer is not obligated to investigate and find the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from providing incorrect contact details (incorrect email address) are the responsibility of the respective participants.
• The Carinthian Summer Festival reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions of participation or attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation or automated entries. In the event of exclusion from the competition, prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
• Furthermore, the Carinthian Summer Festival reserves the right to make changes or additions to the competition without prior notice, or to cancel the competition entirely. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for organizational, technical, or legal reasons.
• The winners are obliged to confirm acceptance of the prize no later than 14 working days after being notified of their win by the Carinthian Summer Festival.
• Should winners fail to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 working days for any reason whatsoever, their claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, the Carinthian Summer Festival reserves the right to select new winners.
• Cash payment of the prize, its exchange, or transfer to other persons is not possible. Employees of the Carinthian Summer Festival are excluded from participation in the prize draw.
• The Carinthian Summer Festival is not liable for ensuring that the competition is actually accessible or that the offer is actually available on the internet.

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In its place, a suitable provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
