Midday concerts in the court music chapel

During Holy Week, as part of the Transitions Festival, midday concerts took place daily at 12:00 noon in the Court Chapel of the Vienna Hofburg. These performances offered a preview of the morning concerts planned for the Carinthian Summer Festival 2025. We commissioned five authors to write new works: Verena Dolovai, Tamara Štajner, Vea Kaiser, Sophie Reyer, and Kholoud Charaf. Nadja Kayali read the new texts in the Court Chapel. The Company of Music provided a musical accompaniment to the reading, specially arranged for the occasion.
