General information about purchasing tickets
Ticket orders and purchases are binding and non-refundable. Changes to the cast, program, venue, or date do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange. Only for sold-out events will tickets be accepted for sale on a commission basis free of charge. Ticket reservations are not possible. Agreements made with the box office are binding and constitute a ticket order.
Right to cancel
Please note that there is generally NO STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL when purchasing tickets.
Leisure activities: If the contract specifies a particular date or period for performance. Any misuse will be prosecuted.
General information about the events
- Tickets in the lowest price category for Ossiach Abbey Church and St. Jakob Parish Church may be for seats with obstructed views. Cameras or technical installations may also obstruct the view.
- One ticket is required per person and event. This also applies to infants and children under 7 years of age accompanied by an adult.
- Please note that for safety reasons, it is not possible to bring strollers or similar items into the event rooms.
- Animals are not allowed at the events.
- We strive to grant entry to latecomers, but cannot guarantee it. Please note that depending on the event or venue, entry may not be possible for late arrivals.
- Audio, photo, film and video recordings for private use are not permitted.
- Some concerts will be recorded by radio and/or television and photographed for promotional purposes. Concertgoers consent to this and to the possible inclusion of their image in the recording.
- The instructions of the staff must be followed.
Specific information regarding the Carinthian Youth Protection Act in relation to our events
- As part of our events, we are obligated to ensure compliance with youth protection laws and must take reasonable steps to influence children and young people accordingly. This can be done, in particular, through education, age verification, refusal of entry, and removal from premises or grounds.
- Furthermore, we are obliged to indicate at our events if there is an age restriction.
- Children and young people are not permitted to attend public film screenings if we have announced them as unsuitable for children or young people. In doing so, we must take into account the respective expert opinions and recommendations on age ratings for media products issued by the Youth Media Commission at the Federal Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture.
Privacy Notice
- We reserve the right to collect your data electronically in order to inform you of short-notice program or cast changes. Your data will only be used for the Carinthian Summer Festival and will not be shared with third parties.
Beware of cybercrime
The Cybercrime Competence Center (C4) is the national coordinating body for combating cybercrime. The C4 also operates a reporting center which you can contact if you suspect internet crime or for help or information.
If you have been the victim of a crime or have concrete information about a perpetrator, you can report the crime at any police station. Filing a report via the reporting center is unfortunately not currently possible.
