Out of step with the times

The fantastic Messages Quartet could be heard last Sunday in the abbey church in Ossiach.

The young string quartet focuses on Polish music, especially lesser-known and contemporary compositions, for whose interpretations they have already received several awards.

The four musicians from Krakow delighted our audience with their performance of the string quartets by Stanisław Moniuszko, Andrzej Panufnik and Friedrich Gernsheim, filling the church with beautiful sounds.
