Our final concert: A Soundtrack to the Stars

Our festival summer ended with the brilliant film music concert “A Soundtrack to the Stars” with our festival orchestra ORF Radio-Symphony Orchestra Vienna – RSO Vienna and conductor Wayne Marshall OBE!

The RSO delighted the audience with 'Rhapsody in Blue', in which Wayne Marshall himself played the piano solo, and 'An American in Paris' by George Gershwin.
With John Williams' soundtracks to Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Schindler's List and Star Wars, the audience was immersed in the world of film music.
We are overwhelmed by the great interest and delighted that on both days, Sunday and Monday, the concert hall in the Congress Center Villach was full and the concerts ended with standing ovations!
Thank you to all visitors, thank you to YOU for celebrating the Carinthian Summer with us!
