Festival Overture I – Luce

This year the Carinthian Summer in Villach for the first time with two Festival overtures and brilliant music of the Viennese Classical Music. The Basel Chamber Orchestra and Giovanni Antonini, one of the most respected Specialists in Baroque, Early Classical and classical music, began in 2014, in Change with Il Giardino Armonico, all total to perform and reinterpret 107 of Haydn's symphoniesto record. The ambitious project is scheduled to begin in 2032. Project completed. For their concert in In Villach they have the symphonies No. 74th and No. 75 selected. In accordance with the annual theme of the Basel, “alla rustica”, masterpieces created by Haydn's great affinity for folk music is evident.
