Yesterday, our festival artist Eckart Runge, together with duo partner Jacques Ammon, immersed themselves in a legendary era with music by Kurt Weill, Erich W. Korngold, Gustav Mahler, Maurice Ravel, and others: the 1920s.
With the premiere of Sarvenaz Safari's new work 'Flapper', they traveled back to the present with the audience.
Uproar and ecstasy, sensuality and revolt, light and shadow – all of this could be heard and felt yesterday.
