“Scholarship at Lake Ossiach for Tara Meister”
Tara Meister, an author who grew up in Carinthia, has been selected as the "Carinthian Summer Festival Writer-in-Residence." The inaugural two-month residency at Lake Ossiach comes with a €3.000 stipend. Meister read her text "Wakashu oder" at the invitation of Mara Delius. The festival's artistic director, Nadja Kayali, and a panel selected the writer from this year's participants. Meister will spend two months in Carinthia this summer writing a text for the Carinthian Summer Festival.
